Strategy

Deciding what to build, for whom, and in what order — before the budget is spent.

2 services 6 deliverables Part of one continuous engagement

Most stalled digital projects are not short of ideas. They are short of an agreed problem, an agreed customer and an agreed order. Strategy is the short, focused piece of work that settles those three things before anyone opens a design tool.

It ends in a written plan — priorities, scope, risks and sequence — that you can act on with GDS or without us. On a new build it is the first step; on an existing product it is often the cheapest way to find out why the last round of changes did not move the number.

AIooze

AIooze started as a definition problem, not a design one: what should a reader be able to do that a news feed does not let them do? The answer — a structured record with a timeline, explainers and reference directories — shaped every decision after it.
