01 One partner

One partner.
Every stage of
the digital journey.

Most companies assemble a digital team out of parts. A brand studio here, a development shop there, a marketing agency eighteen months later. Each one inherits the last one’s decisions without the reasoning behind them, and the seams end up visible to the only person who matters — the customer.

Greenology Digital Services works as one practice. Strategy, brand, user experience, engineering, media and growth are handled by the same people, in the same conversation, from the first question to the version that ships next year. Fewer handovers, one accountable partner, and a system that still makes sense when you extend it.

02 What we do

Four connected practices. One continuous engagement.

Work moves through these in order on a new build, and dips back into any of them for as long as the partnership runs. Choose a practice to see what sits inside it.

See every service

Understand the problem before drawing the solution.

We start by getting specific: who the customer actually is, what has to be true for the business in twelve months, and which decisions move the number. What you get back is a plan you can act on — scope, priorities, risks — not a deck that ends in a shrug.

03 Selected work

Products we built, and problems we were handed.

GDS Ventures are products we design, build and operate ourselves.

CAPTURE DELIVER
GDS Venture Event Technology · Product & Platform

ClikPod

The opportunity

Event photography captures the moment and then loses it. Prints get left on tables, shared galleries go unopened, and the host ends the night with a memory card instead of a reason for guests to come back.

What GDS contributed

Brand, product design and the software behind an interactive capture experience: on-site capture, instant delivery to the guest’s own phone, branded overlays for the host, and an opt-in audience list the organiser can actually use afterwards.

FLOOR PLAN CAPTURE POINTS
GDS Venture Real Estate Media · Immersive Experience

ViewXPro

The opportunity

Listings compete on photography, but buyers decide on spatial understanding. Agents were sourcing stills, tours, floor plans and video from three different vendors, then spending their own time assembling a package that arrived late.

What GDS contributed

A single production and delivery workflow: photography, immersive walkthroughs, measured floor plans and video, captured in one visit and delivered through a branded client portal on a turnaround an agent can promise to a seller.

FILTERS PRICE MOVEMENT
GDS Venture E-commerce · Data & Discovery

JustSuperDeals

The opportunity

Deal sites are noisy. The genuinely good price is buried under affiliate spam, stale listings and categories that stopped matching how anyone shops.

What GDS contributed

Automated data ingestion and normalisation, structured categorisation, price-history tracking, and an editorial layer on top — so the platform can carry a large catalogue while a small team still controls what gets surfaced.

EARLIER NOW
GDS Venture AI & Data · Editorial Platform

AIooze

The opportunity

AI moves faster than anyone can track. Most coverage is either hype on the day or an archive nobody revisits, and neither helps someone understand how the field actually got here.

What GDS contributed

A structured milestone model, an ingestion and tagging pipeline, and an interface designed around chronology and relationships rather than an endless feed — so a reader can follow one thread through several years without reading everything.

GDS Venture Photography · Visual Media

BookPhotology

The opportunity

Booking a photographer is still email tag. The work convinces someone in ten seconds; the enquiry process then takes four days and loses half of them.

What GDS contributed

Brand, portfolio system and a booking experience designed as one continuous flow — so the moment someone is convinced by an image is the moment they can secure the date.

Client engagements are shared on request — several are covered by agreements that keep them off a public page. Ask and we will walk you through the relevant ones.

04 How GDS works

A clear process with room for exploration.

Structure is what keeps a complicated project moving; rigidity is what makes it wrong. These six stages set the rhythm — where they overlap, and how long each one takes, depends entirely on what we find in the first one.

  1. 01

    Discover

    Questions first

Stakeholders, customers, constraints, competitors, and the numbers that already exist. We are looking for the real problem, which is often one layer under the stated one.

  2. 02

    Define

    Scope and shape

Architecture, priorities, content model, technical approach, and an agreed definition of what success looks like on launch day and six months later.

  3. 03

    Design

    Decisions you can see

Identity, interface and prototypes — reviewed and pressure-tested while changes are still cheap. Design systems, not one-off screens.

  4. 04

    Develop

    Build in the open

Short, visible cycles on a staging environment you can open any time. Accessibility, performance and content editing are checked as we go, not bolted on.

  5. 05

    Launch

    Land it properly

Migration, redirects, QA across devices, analytics, search console, monitoring, and a handover your team can actually use.

  6. 06

    Grow

    Keep it earning

Measure, publish, refine, maintain. Most of what we learn about a product arrives after real people start using it.

You are never guessing where a project stands.

Staging environments are open from the first week, decisions are written down where you can find them, and the person you met in the first conversation is the person answering in the fifth month.

05 Technology with purpose

Innovation should solve something.

We work with AI, automation, data, immersive media and Web3, and we are equally comfortable telling you a project needs none of them. Technology earns its place when it removes work, shortens a decision, opens a market, or makes an experience possible that was not before.

Where it pays for itself

  • 01 Support that resolves instead of routing
  • 02 Content operations at a volume a team cannot staff
  • 03 Search that understands intent, not just keywords

06 Why GDS

What you are actually choosing.

No award counts, no invented statistics, no logos we have not earned the right to show. These are the six things clients tell us made the difference.

  • 01

    Strategy before execution

We ask what the business needs to be true before we ask what the site should look like. It is a slower first week and a much faster third month.

  • 02

Design and technology under one roof

The people who designed it are the people who build it. Nothing is lost in the handoff, because there is no handoff.

  • 03

    Founder-led attention

You work directly with the person accountable for the outcome. No rotating account team, no briefing the same context twice.

  • 04

    Built around business goals

Every decision traces back to a result you asked for. If a feature cannot be connected to one, we will say so before we quote it.

  • 05

    Foundations that scale

Content models, design systems and code your team — or a future developer — can extend two years from now without a rewrite.

  • 06

    Partnership beyond launch

Hosting, maintenance, measurement and iteration. Most of our relationships are measured in years rather than projects.

07 About the founder

Ashwin Malgi

Founder, Greenology Digital Services LLC

Greenology Digital Services is led by Ashwin Malgi, who works across digital strategy, website and product development, UX/UI and technology operations — and still shoots the photography on a good number of the projects that pass through the studio.

That range is deliberate. Knowing how a business runs, how a product is built and how an image is composed tends to produce better decisions than any one of those disciplines on its own. It is also why a GDS engagement opens with questions about the business rather than about the browser.

Based in Minnesota, working with clients wherever the work is interesting — and building products of our own in between.
